I wanted to comment on a frustrating situation that occurred over the weekend. Showed a beautiful piece of property that my client loved and was interested in buying however, we had some very important questions. I tried calling from 6 o'clock on Friday evening, Saturday all da,y Sunday all day and then finally at 12 o'clock on Monday morning the real estate office opened! I ask them the questions and by that time my client had changed her mind on the property. The real estate office which was closed cost me money. A word to those who are in business... try to make sure that you answer your phone 24/7 so that you are not missing business. As the real estate market gets a little tougher we need to make sure that every client is serviced and we are doing business and not frustrating the clients or ourselves! We must remember common courtesy and Customer Service!
